Risa
Hi! I'm Risa and Mommy said that I can have a journal as long as I share it with the rest of the "Horde." She says she doesn't want to have to have 6 different LiveJournals where she has to transcribe for 6 different cats. Since I don't know what the words "horde" or "transcribe" mean, I don't care. I only care about petting, bathing, eating, sleeping and playing. All of these are important. Very important. Daddy says I only have enough brain cells to devote one to each of these. I don't care what Daddy says as long as he keeps petting me.
[Editor's note: Risa is a female "tuxedo" cat roughly 4 -5 years old who was found one winter by a relative and brought to me starving and dehydrated.]

Jax
My name is Jaxom. Mummy calls me Jax. She also calls me Bubby, Tubby-bubb-o-fat, her little gum drop and sometimes "George." I don't like those names. They make my teeth itchy so I have to bite her. I like to bite things. Plastic is the best. Or other cats. Or Mummy. I don't bite That Man. If I try he chases me and hisses at me. I don't like him. I let him stay because he feeds me, but I love my Mummy. I do not like the other cats, but they are good to bite and it takes too much effort to bother with them unless they are in my direct way.
[Editor's note: Jax is a male brown mackerel tabby that weights roughly 20 lbs. He is about 8 year old.]

Sharra
*Looks completely relaxed* I'm Sharra. I luuuuuuuvvvvvvv Jax. He is mine. I love to rub against him. He bites me but I don't mind because I luuuvvv him. Wait. Are you looking at me. *tenses* Don't look at me.
[Editor's note: Sharra is a feral female brown patched tabby (or torbie) that I rescued 4 years ago (2001). She had seven kittens with her at the time and I found homes for four. The other three are still with me - Zan, Gabriel, Agnes. She acts like a normal house cat unless you try to touch her.]

Zan
Petting. Petting! Petting! Oooh scary. Gotta run. Oooh petting. Mummy says I am a good Zan-boy and she pets me. I like that. I don't like large movements or sudden sounds. I like petting.

Gabriel
I'm Gabe - Gabriel actually. I'm mostly scared. I stay near my brother Zan. He is slightly bigger so Mummy calls me his shadow. I like petting too, but only if Zan or Agnes is there too.

Agnes
I'm Agnes or Aggie. I like Him. I like him better than Mommy. I will let Mommy pet me, but I really like Him. I need to know where my brothers are at all times and I cry for them to come and find me if I don't know where they are. Mommy says this is because I am too fat and lazy to go find them myself.
